This membership category is open to individuals and families of all ages,
including singles, designated partners, and children under 18, all residing at
the same address. Designed for non-boaters, it also permits renting a rack for
a kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or windsurfer. Social members can participate in
activities such as crewing on race nights or volunteering on committees,
offering great opportunities to connect with other members.
If a Social member decides to become a boat owner,
they must transition to a different membership category. This membership is
also ideal for current members who no longer own boats or are transitioning
from the intermediate category. Upgrading to full membership provides
additional benefits, including voting rights at membership meetings,
eligibility to serve on the Board or Bridge, and reciprocal privileges with
partner organizations.
Social Membership covers a spouse or designated
partner living at the same address, along with children under 18.
A non-resident member refers to a person who resides and works outside a 75km radius of the Club. While a non-resident is considered a full member, this member does not have the same opportunity to use the club due to the proximity to the club.
Annual Dues: $407
